Joyce Frost

Co-Founder and Partner, Riverside Risk Advisors

Joyce has over 30 years of experience in the derivatives markets, and leads the LIBOR Transition effort at Riverside. Joyce is a member of ARRC’s Business Loan Working Group. Prior to forming Riverside in 2009, Joyce was with Morgan Stanley as a Senior Vice President of Cournot Capital, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary. In 1995, she was the head of marketing for the newly formed credit derivatives group at Chase and prior to Chase, fixed income derivative marketing roles at Sumitomo Bank Capital Markets and The Northern Trust. Joyce earned a B.S. in Finance from Indiana University Kelley School of Business and an M.B.A in Finance from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Joyce also holds an MIT Sloan Executive Certificate in “Artificial Intelligence: Implications for Business Strategy”. In 2019, Joyce was presented with the Legacy Award at the annual Markets Choice Awards: Women in Finance.

Mathias Strasser

Chief Executive Officer, Scissero

Mathias is the CEO of the WallStreetDocs group and Scissero, a company based in London specializing in data extraction for legal documents. He has over 20 years of experience in the legal tech and reg tech industries. Mathias is a widely recognized expert in automation of capital market-related documentation processes, having founded WallStreetDocs, RegXchange and Scissero. In 2019, WallStreetDocs' document automation solutions were used to generate approximately 100 million documents in 19 languages, whereas its data extraction engine covers approximately 1,000 pre-trained data points related to LIBOR and other financial applications. Prior to forming WallStreetDocs, Mathias worked at Sullivan & Cromwell for ten years, specializing in capital markets and finance law. Mathias holds an LL.M. from Harvard Law School, and Mag.Iur. and Dr.Iur. degrees in law from the University of Vienna, and is admitted to practice law in New York and England and Wales.
